Steve is a global new products veteran of major manufacturing corporations such as A.E. Staley, Central Soya, Tyson, Holly Farms and Golden West Foods (McCormick). He has product expertise across all proteins as well as specialty products. His product work spans meal parts and crosses retail and foodservice segments. He has helped facilitate manufacturing solutions for numerous companies through his relationships throughout the industry.

Steve is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists, American Meat Science Association and American Association of Meat Processors.

Alicia C. Bellar

Director, Brand Strategy

With a long career in advertising and marketing consulting, Alicia is a specialist in brand strategy, marketing and communications strategy, product development, market research planning and analysis, ideation and consumer/customer insight. She has worked with clients like Kroger Co., Barton Brands, Quaker Oats, Kellogg's, Equal Sweetener, The National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Jones Dairy Farm and The American Egg Board, helping them to reposition themselves, launch new products, build consumer loyalty, drive trade sales, stave off competitors and drive demand.
